banlist prob on windows 7

my bl DirectX-API hook for WC3Banlist installed successfully. works corect

when i try a command it says unknow command bla bla everyone knows that line

my refresh aint working

banlist working but it still says out of date ...
when i try to start the beta by clicking the .exe it says : the program can not start cause dxhook.dll is missing from your pc ...

anyone can help whit these probs ?
